Method 5 Sampling System

Our complete particulate sampling train includes an isokinetic control console, vacuum pump, umbilical, insulated impinger box, heated filter box, heated stainless steel probe, stainless steel nozzle set and glassware set (2.5 trains worth, 3-inch or 4-inch filter holders). Various probe lengths, liner materials, umbilical lengths, nozzle materials and heated filter box arrangements are available

This system is suitable for use with EPA Methods 5, 6, 8, 13, 17, 23, and 29 with the proper accessories.

Controlled Condensate Sampling Kit
Our CCS sampling kit is designed to add-on to your existing Method 5 equipment. We can provide the entire system should you require a complete sampling solution. The kit includes a high temperature stainless steel probe assembly with quartz liner, high temperature heated filter box, temperature controlled hot water bath, power umbilical, submersible pump, quartz thimble filter holder, fritted coil condenser, and connecting glassware. The coil condenser connects to the client’s first impinger via 3/8-inch tubing.

Our complete in-stack filter particulate sampling train includes an isokinetic control console, vacuum pump, umbilical, insulated impinger box, filter box bypass bracket, heated stainless steel probe, in-stack thimble filter holder, stainless steel nozzle set and glassware set (2.5 trains worth). Various probe lengths, liner materials, umbilical lengths, nozzle materials and heated filter box arrangements are available.

Method 23 Sampling System (In-Stack Particulate)

Our complete in-stack filter particulate sampling train includes an isokinetic control console, vacuum pump, umbilical, insulated impinger box, filter box bypass bracket, heated stainless steel probe, in-stack thimble filter holder, stainless steel nozzle set and glassware set (2.5 trains worth). Various probe lengths, liner materials, umbilical lengths, nozzle materials and heated filter box arrangements are available.

Method 23 Sampling System (Dioxin / Furan)

Our complete dioxin/furan sampling train includes an isokinetic control console, vacuum pump, umbilical, oversized insulated impinger box, heated filter box, heated stainless steel probe, M23 glassware set (2.5 trains worth, 3-inch or 4-inch filter holders with Teflon® frits, Teflon® O-ringed impingers), and Method 23 extension kit. The extension kit includes horizontal coil condensers, shortened No. 1 impingers, submersible pump, XAD trap/coil condenser thermocouples and a glass nozzle set. XAD resin traps are available for shipment to the laboratory of your choice.
