PM10 Cyclone
The PM10 cyclone is an in-stack cyclone / filter assembly which effectively separates collected particles into greater than and less than 10 microns in diameter. The cyclone comes complete with a 47-mm stainless steel filter holder and eleven various sized nozzles.

PM2.5 Cyclone
The PM2.5 cyclone is an in-stack cyclone / filter assembly which effectively separates collected particles into greater than and less than 2.5 microns in diameter. The cyclone comes complete with a 47-mm stainless steel filter holder and eleven various sized nozzles Graseby Series 280 Cyclade Graseby Series 280 Cyclade (PM10 and PM2.5 ) The Graseby Series 280 cyclade is an in-stack cyclone / filter assembly which effectively separates collected particles into greater than and less than 2.5 microns in diameter. When coupled with the included PM10 cyclone, the entire cyclade separates particles to greater than 10 microns, less than 10 microns and less than 2.5 microns, all in one unit. The cyclone comes complete with a 47-mm or 63-mm stainless steel filter holder and eleven various sized nozzles.

Andersen Mark III Eight Stage Cascade Impacter
The Andersen Mark III Cascade Impactor separates particles into various sizes via the aerodynamic properties of particles. The eight particle cut sizes and backup cut size are dependent on the air flow through the nozzle / impactor and can be set either via calculation or cut size estimation charts. Try our right angle preseparator for high particulate concentration locations.

Helpful Hints A six-inch inside diameter sampling port is recommended for all of the above cyclones. All three of the above cyclone samplers are manufactured from 316 stainless steel and can be used in exhausts up to 1500o F. Temperatures higher than this will cause damage to the cyclones themselves.

Graseby Series 280 Cyclade
(PM10 and PM2.5 )
The Graseby Series 280 Cyclade is an in-stack cyclone / filter assembly which effectively separates collected particles into greater than and less than 2.5 microns in diameter. When coupled with the included PM10 cyclone, the entire cyclade separates particles to greater than 10 microns, less than 10 microns and less than 2.5 microns, all in one unit.
